Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech → High Atlas → Ait Ben Haddou → Dades Gorge
Your adventure begins with an early departure from Marrakech toward the High Atlas
Mountains. Enjoy panoramic views as you drive through Berber villages and ascend the
famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m), the highest major road pass in North Africa.
Arrive at Ait Ben Haddou, an extraordinary fortified ksar and UNESCO site, famous for
appearing in films such as Lawrence of Arabia and Game of Thrones. Walk through its
ancient pathways and climb to the top for exceptional views.
Continue to Ouarzazate, then drive through the lush Skoura Palm Grove and the
Valley of the Roses. Pass the Tamnalt Hills before reaching the spectacular
Dades Gorge, carved by the Dades River over centuries.

Day 2: Dades Valley → Todra Gorge → Merzouga (Erg Chebbi)
